Cancellation conditions
We accept the cancellation of orders before the product is sent or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full reimbursement. If the product has already been sent, we cannot cancel the order.

90 days of satisfaction guarantee
If you find that your article is not entirely correct, you have up to 90 days from the delivery date to return your article. Our team is here to help.

Costs for resumption:

The freight costs for return and exchange are as follows, and we do not calculate any other costs such as um load fees.


Return & reimbursement

2. Exchange

If you have to send the goods back for the buyer, such as remorse, inappropriate size and color, etc. after confirmation by customer service, the items are not used and meet the requirements. The processing methods are as follows:

Operating instructions for return and exchange

Step 1: Please send an email to our customer service staff at service@sgeshome.com to request the exchange/return.

Step 2: After receiving your exchange/return application, our customer service employee will send you the exchange/return instructions and the exchange/return address by email. Please follow the instructions for processing the exchange/return. We would be happy if you could provide us with some photos as return material.

Step 3: You will receive a refund or an exchange order within a week after we have received your package. We will send you an email as soon as your refund or exchange has been processed.

FYI: It takes longer (maybe 1 to 2 weeks, depending on which CC company it is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is the credit card.

Delays or omissions for reimbursements

If you have not received the refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially issued. Next, please contact your bank. The booking of reimbursements usually takes some processing time. If you have completed all of these processes, but still have not received a refund, please contact us at service@sogeshome.com.
