Order processing: Monday - Friday. (Orders that are given over the weekend will be edited next Monday.)
Free shipping from an order value of € 99. The shipping costs are € 9.99 below € 99.
VIP shipping: The shipping fee for VIP shipping is € 29.99 and can arrive in 3-5 days.
Delivery address: We send orders from the nearest warehouse in Europe according to your address.

All furniture sizes are well packaged and chosen.
Usually your items are sent via DPD, DHL or GLS. (5-7 working days, no more than 2 weeks) If you find that the order was not delivered within this period, please contact us to check the logistics.
Note: Due to the unpredictable effects of COVID-19 on logistics and transport, the guaranteed shipping time of some orders is extended by 2-5 additional days. The extension depends on the destination of the order, the shipping method and any blocking/logistics restrictions.
